Rights Assignment

 

The rights of prospection and research of geothermal resources are established by administrative contract and are exercised on an exclusive basis, and, during the term of the administrative contract, no rights of private use incompatible with the object, content or area covered may be granted to third parties.

 

The request for the attribution of prospection and research rights by initiative of the interested party is made by the applicant to the DGEG, duly instructed with the elements contained in the models / drafts existing for this purpose.
