8th Conjugate Margins Conference - 27 to 29 May 2024
The Conjugate Margins Conferences are independently organized, biennial scientific meetings focused on improving knowledge of the geological evolution, geoenergy, prospectivity and geohazards of divergent Atlantic margin basins.
They are supported through the financial assistance of industry, government organizations, technical societies and universities.
Conjugate Margins Conferences are intended to bring together representatives of industry, government and academia who are interested in relationships between margin evolution and geoenergy systems, with a regional focus on the North, Central & South Atlantic and adjacent basins, to lead to a better understanding of the prospectivity of these areas.
In 2024, the Conjugate Margins Conference will be held in Lisbon (https://www.cmc2024.com/), following the successful event in Marrakesh, Morocco in 2022. It is expected to attract participants from a variety of countries, public and private institutions, students, researchers and professionals.
