Granting Rights

Geological assets classified as mineral deposits integrates the public domain. Taking this dominial nature, the exploitation rights of mineral deposits are granted by means of a concession.

The granting of rights may occur at the initiative of the State or of the interested parties. In the latter case, it is done by submitting an application to DGEG containing the elements set out in the minutes, for each of the application types.
