Assignment of Rights

 

Natural mineral water prospecting and research rights are established by administrative contract, and are exercised on an exclusive basis, during the term of the administrative contract granting them, incompatible rights of private use may not be granted to third parties due to their object, content or the area covered.

The request for the attribution of exploration and exploitation rights by initiative of the stakeholders is made by the applicant to DGEG, duly instructed with the elements contained in the templates / minutes, existing for this purpose.
